Tanya brings with her 14+ years of human factors, usability and user
research experience. She also has worked in a variety of domains including
computer hardware, software and handheld devices. In those domains she
focused on web content management, case management (healthcare and insurance),
MP3 players, out of box experience, hardware peripherals, and handheld
wireless devices. Tanya has used a lot to techniques to drive the creation
of usable products, some of them include: personas, usability testing
(remote, hi-fidelity, lo-fidelity, paper and formal), focus groups, contextual
inquiries, surveys and interaction design. |
