Rob Dixon, B.A. Psychology,
Southwestern University. Rob specializes in customer-oriented usability design
and testing with experience in software and web interfaces, user documentation,
and various hardware platforms. He has experience creating competitive heuristics,
conducting product benchmarking tests, and generating innovative research methodologies
to
address our clients’ complex design questions. Rob has experience with
usability methods across a range of design phases, from exploratory testing of
mock-ups and prototypes, to post-release evaluations designed to inform future
product iterations. Recent projects have included usability testing of wireless
technologies, including work to aid in defining industry standards for wireless
implementation procedures. Rob has also recently completed work involving the
evaluation of touch screen technologies across a range of form factors, Industrial
Design validation work, and the evaluation of perceptual characteristics of LCD
displays designed
to inform engineering specifications. |
